This attractive and comfortable three bedroom villa on a quiet location is ideal for holidays away from it all. On the groundflorr there is also one double bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two cozy bedrooms, with en suite bathroom each. Diese Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem modernen Bad mit Dusche. Tolle Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Traum Pool (8x5m) - Gasgrill daneben - Riesenkühlschrank mit großem Kühlfach - was will man mehr. Zur Nachbarschaft ca. 300m Abstand. Die Eigentümerin kam mit selbstgemachtem Wein und Knoblauch vorbei. Im nahen Pazin kann man preiswert gut essen, trinken und einkaufen. Der Polydor-Strand in Porec ist eine empfehlenswerte Anlaufstelle für Ausflüge.
