On the ground floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a large satellite TV as well as a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
A staircase leads to the first floor with two more master bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. Furthermore there is a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the sea. All bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and are air-conditioned.
All bathrooms of the residence are designed in a modern way and are equipped with high quality bathroom amenities. A washing machine is also provided in one of the three bathrooms.
The outdoor area offers a 28 sqm. private swimming pool with deck chairs where you can relax under the Cretan sun and prepare a meal on the stone barbecue. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden with local plants. A parking space for your car also exists.

Der private Pool war makellos, während der Strand zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Badezimmer sind modern und neu, während die Matratzen äußerst bequem waren und einen wirklich perfekten Schlaf boten.
Es gab auch ein kleines Fitnessstudio, während Annehmlichkeiten wie Smart-TV, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler und entspannender machten. Ein zusätzliches Highlight war das extrem schnelle Internet, ideal zum Arbeiten und Streamen.
Insgesamt sind die Seaside Villas eine ideale Wahl für einen entspannenden und qualitativ hochwertigen Urlaub am Meer, mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Villa Iakinthos war ein Traum!
Die Villa war ein Traum! Sehr gute Lage, gute Ausstattung und alles hat bestens funktioniert.
Vor allem unsere Tochter war mit ihrem eigenen Badezimmer seeehr glücklich.
Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ja nur ein paar Schritte Richtung
Ort gegeben. Abends haben wir immer eine andere Taverne besucht. Das Essen ist schon sehr lecker :-))
Die Insel hat uns fasziniert. Eine solche Gegend hatten wir noch nicht gesehen. Wir hatten eine Bootstour zur Palmeninsel unternommen und waren in Knossos. Das war schon toll.
Am besten war der Strand "vor der Haustüre". Das einzige, mit was wir nicht gerechnet haben, war der starke Wind. Der war manchmal schon anstrengend...
