The house features three beautifully furnished bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen connected to a bright and comfortable living room, a bathroom, and a fun activity room for entertainment. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where the three bedrooms and an additional large bathroom are located.
The outdoor area is the true highlight of Villa Karina. A spacious terrace surrounds a 32 m² private freshwater swimming pool, perfect for cooling off during warm summer days. Sun loungers invite you to relax and soak up the sun, while a charming outdoor fireplace with a covered dining area creates the perfect setting for barbecues and evening gatherings. Guests can also enjoy table tennis and a cozy lounge corner, all exclusively at your disposal.
For families with children, the south side of the property features a playground with soccer goals and a badminton net, ensuring fun for all ages.

Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses:
Cancellation:
A) The cancellation made from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge.
B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
C) If the booking is canceled from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in writen form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

Lovely Villa
The gardens and outside space was wonderful - we used all the facilities on offer and spent most of our time enjoying the peaceful, tranquil surroundings. Our little grandson absolutely loved everything in the garden and had a wonderful time.
The pool unfortunately was far to cold for me - everyone else braved it.
There is so much to do and see and we loved this part of Croatia. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a holiday with so much to do and so many places to see.
