Villa Elias has two bedrooms with a queen-size bed, both sharing a bathroom.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation up to 112 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 111th day to the 56th day before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 55th day to the 28th day before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 27th day to the 21st day before the start of the rental period: 85% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 20th day to the 14th day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 13th day to the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
Nevertheless, we will endeavor to rent the property to someone else in the event of a cancellation, thereby reducing the cancellation costs.
