"Villa La Rodina” is a comfortable vacation villa, composed of 2 modern apartments: one on the ground floor, one on the first floor. Recently renovated and redecorated.

Each apartment can sleep up to 6 people, so the maximum capacity is 12 guests.
In total, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 sofa bed double (in living rooms).

The villa is for exclusive use, ideal for a quiet and open-air holiday.
Very spacious: 170 m2, on two levels.
Around the villa, there is a garden for exclusive use, consisting of a large terrace with table, chairs and barbecue, a lawn area and relaxation areas.

THE HEATED POOL IS SHARED. More details can be found towards the bottom of this text.
The pool is heated and shared with the guests of the second villa in the complex: "Villa Mimosa".
The use of the pool has its own rules and opening hours (approximately from 9:00 to 20:00 - may vary depending on the period).
Pool opening: from mid-April to early November.
Heated pool, with a minimum temperature of 27°.

Each of the two apartments have an independent entrance, but are still connected by an internal spiral staircase. At the top of this internal staircase, a lockable door allows you to divide the two floors.

The private garden of Villa La Rodina is equipped with a wood-burning/charcoal barbecue and a gas barbecue, chairs, deckchairs, and a table for everyone to eat together outside. Small lawn area.
In addition, there is also a large dining table inside for 12, on the ground floor.

In total, the villa is composed of:
- 2 double bedrooms.
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed).
- 2 bathrooms.
- 2 kitchens and 2 living areas (with double sofa bed).
Fully equipped kitchen: oven and dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, espresso and cappuccino coffee machine ("GAGGIA", coffee powder or "ESE" coffee pods), moka, kettle for tea.

Air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms.
Mosquito nets on all windows.
Private parking, with electric gate, adjacent to the property (2 parking spaces or 3 depending on the size of the cars).

The living rooms are equipped with Smart TV, with satellite TV (Italian channels and free-to-air international channels).
Free Wi-Fi.
Iron and ironing board.

THE SHARED AREA: The swimming pool and the "ULIVETO DELLE TILLANDSIE" = olive grove of Tillandsia.
Guests can use the swimming pool and the adjacent “Uliveto delle Tillandsie” in a shared and non-exclusive manner. This shared garden area includes:
• a swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 metres, 135 centimetres deep. A Roman staircase allows entry to the pool, while, on the south side, the infinity waterfall guarantees clean water.
Inside the pool there are two different hydromassage areas: the first is a large seat for legs and back; the second is a vertical plate - “acquabubble”.
The water is sanitised using a latest-generation electrolysis system, that allows natural disinfection, and a crystal-clear and environmentally friendly water. Greater perception of wellness: the water is more delicate on the skin, eyes and hair, compared to a swimming pool managed with classic chemical products.
• a large solarium, equipped with a cold and hot water shower (in cooler periods), reclining canopy beds, tables and reclining deck chairs with small tables. Plants and flowers surrounds the pool area.
• a large green lawn, shaded by olive trees and other trees typical of the Mediterranean area. The name of the garden comes from the plant with colorful fuchsia flowers that lives in symbiosis with the olive tree, called Tillandsia Aeranthos.
• a picturesque Koi carp pond, also inhabited by the turtle "Guendalina". Green leafy plants and a majestic wisteria complete this oriental setting.
• a small botanical path. Beyond the pond, there is a secluded section of the garden with plants from all over the world. In this cool and shaded area there is a bistro table and chairs, a swing and a tuff fountain.
