The Villa Land, spread over 2 floors, is located in the hamlet of Kapelica, 5 km from the center of Labin, and 10 km from the sea.
For your exclusive use: a 1,600 m² property with a lawn, a rectangular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 135 cm deep), a shower/WC in the pool area, a pool house with a stove, table tennis, a terrace (28 m²), garden furniture, a grill, and a children's playground (slide, swing). The house includes internet access, a trampoline, and a washing machine. Access to the house via a 50 m natural path. Parking space for 3 cars.
