For outdoor relaxation, guests can enjoy a 38 square meter heated swimming pool, a sun deck with loungers, and a roofed terrace with garden furniture and a dining table, ideal for alfresco meals.
Located just a short drive from Raša and Labin, the villa is perfectly situated for exploring the region. Labin, a medieval town rich in history, culture, and art galleries, is renowned for its mining heritage. The nearby Underground City project offers a fascinating look at old mines turned into galleries and museums.
