Hang out arround pool area and enjoy preparing meals in outdoor kitchen near pool. Property consists of 5 bedrooms and 4bathrooms with another additional toilet. Heated outdoor pool with lounge area for summer moments and chill-out. The whole house is 300m² and the garden outside the property is 1000m² surrounded by fence and privacy. Spacious heated outdoor pool with dimensions 3.50x9 and lounge area with sun loungers for summer moments and chill-out. House space its all air conditioned and also sutable for children has crib and baby feeder. Beautiful villa Hacienda consists of 2 floors. First floor consists of kitchen and living room area, also it has office and two bedrooms, toilet and bathroom. Upper floor also has kitchen and living room, three bedrooms with closet, two bathrooms one with walk-in shower and other with bathtub. Gym room its air conditioned small house with bathroom. The small house is connected to the outdoor fireplace and covered terrace. Laundry room is a separate room with two washing machines and a dryer, in total there are three dishwashers in the house. Three terraces of the house, one on the first floor with open outdoor kitchen and sun loungers and two more on the second floor with lounge furniture. Entertainment system in the house has Playstation 3, Netflix, Smart Tv, in the house there is a private library in all languages (English, German, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Croatian). For the guests there is also badminton and cricket equipment.
