Sehr schönes Haus. Gut ausgerüstet mit Küchenutensilien, Gartenmöbel und Pool-Liegen. Tolle Lage.
Negativ:
Sehr wenig Stauraum für Kleider und Kosmetikartikel.
Reagiert auf Notfälle, sei es für den Pool oder den Garten.
Traumhaft
Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Aussenbereich Garten und Poolbereich sehr ansprechend und gepflegt.
Traumhafter Meerblick mit Sonne von morgens bis abends.
Verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten auf verschiedenen Ebenen.
Gartengeschoss mit kleinem Apartment mit eigener Küche , Bad und nochmals Terrasse.
Sehr grosses Grundstück fussläufig zum Meer.
Haus sehr zu empfehlen.

Liebe Familie Butzke, vielen Dank für Ihre freundliche Bewertung. Schön zu hören, dass die "Villa Oasis" Ihren Vorstellungen entsprach. Zur Lage möchte ich noch kurz ausführen, dass die Villa deutlich näher in ca. 2,5 km Entfernung zum Zentrum von St. Aygulf liegt und dies ist in den Unterlagen natürlich so auch ausgeführt. In der gesamten Region benötigt man eigentlich ein Auto, denn Anwesen mit großen Grundstücken und sehr guten Meerblicken in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Ortskern sind relativ selten zu finden.
