On the first floor is a reading room, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds (0.90mx 2.00m), 1 bathroom with shower and a terrace with sea views.
Outside, the pool is fenced (8m x 4m, 1.10m to 1.40m, with roman steps), sun loungers, parasols and a covered terrace with barbecue.
