The outdoor area includes a large sun terrace, surrounded by a charmingly planted, small ornamental garden. The pool is about 4 x 8 m in size. On the terrace, there are sun loungers and garden furniture. A small part of the terrace is covered, providing ample shade. The terrace directly adjoins the property of the golf course.

The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
for a cancellation up to the 90th day before the start of the trip 20% of the rental price,
for a cancellation from the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the trip 30% of the rental price,
for a cancellation from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip 50% of the rental price,
from the 29th day before the start of the trip 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.

In two bedrooms, there are double beds with single mattresses measuring 80 x 200 cm, making the beds 160 x 200 cm in size. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm and 90 x 190 cm, respectively. Large, ceiling-high built-in wardrobes can accommodate your clothing even for a longer stay. The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. In a separate room in the basement, there are a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and a second freezer. Bed linen, hand, bath, and dish towels are provided in sufficient quantities. The rental car can be parked directly in front of the villa.
