Περιγραφή

The Villa Royal Nest is a detached modern house of 110m2, built in 2014 with a wonderful view to the Libean Sea. It is situated just outside of the village Pitsidia a short walk of 10 minutes. The Villa is built in a site of 800m2, suitable for various activities and there is also a beautiful garden.

The Villa is accessible from both sides. A staircase leads to the porch from where we can see the 30m2 swimming pool, surrounded by lawn. The view is fantastic! Olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and in the horizon the sea and the small islands of Paximadia.

This was a real good place to stay. Young Costa and family were just great. They made us feel really welcome and the hospitality was the best. Everything about this villa is to a high standard. It was spotless clean when we arrived and Maria's Moussaka is the best. I would recommend this villa to anyone. We as a family go to Crete every year and have already made time to visit Pitsidia again and stay at the Royal Nest again. I have no hesitation in giving it 10 stars not 5. Looking forward to returning.

Wir reisten mit 4 Erw. +2 Kindern an. Bei Ankunft wurden wir mit einem traditionellen Lunch empfangen (sehr lecker). Das Haus ist wirklich schön mit einer super Außenanlage. Es liegt etwas abseits von Pitsidia auf einer Anhöhe, zu Fuß sind es aber nur 10 Min. ins Zentrum. Neben dem Haus bauen die Vermieter ein weiteres Haus, jedoch waren alle rücksichtsvoll und verrichteten überwiegend leise Arbeiten.

Pitsidia ist ein kleines ursprüngl. Dorf, wo man Abends zusammen mit den Einwohnern auf der Platia feiern kann. Trotz Krise sind alle sehr nett. Am Vorabend unserer Abreise gab es ein gemeinsames traditionelles Grillen. Trotz einiger Sprachbarrieren war es ein sehr schöner Abend. Nur der Junior spricht englisch und übersetzt, hat aber gut funktioniert.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus in der Weihnachtszeit und über Neujahr sehr wohl gefühlt. Dies liegt zum einen an der einmaligen Lage. Wir hatten auf der einen Seite schneebedeckte Berge und auf der anderen einen tollen Blick auf das Meer mit schönen Sonnenuntergängen. Man konnte bei ca. 20 Grad sogar noch im Meer baden. Perfekt machte den Urlaub auch die sehr geschmackvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung des Hauses. Zum anderen war aber auch der überaus herzliche Umgang mit der gesamten Familie ein Erlebnis. (wunderbares Essen an Weihnachten und Sekt und Kuchen zu Sylvester) Auch das stete Bemühen um unser Wohlergehen, wenn etwas nicht gleich funktionierte wie z.B. das Internet, war beeindruckend. Georgia ευχαριστώ πολύ!
