This wonderful villa is located only 1.8 km from the beach, but our guests hardly want to leave! Just imagine how great it is to spend your days swimming in the private 8 x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth of 0.9 to 2 m, sunbathing on the 7 sun loungers or preparing tasty barbecues under the porch. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours. There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower next to the pool.

Entering the house you will find a wonderful and traditional kitchen-living-dining room. The kitchen is induction and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. The open plan area is perfect for dining together, watching satellite TV or chatting with your companions. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and the third with a double bed. Two bathrooms with bathtub complete the interior of the house. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

S’Alqueria Blanca is a small town, belonging to Santanyí, really close to the coast. The property is located at about 3.3 km from the village and at only 1.8 km from one of the most beautiful bays of the island, Cala Mondragó. There is also the protected Parque Natural de Mondragó that certainly deserves an excursion or, at least, a pleasant walk. The golf course is also at only 7 km away, the Golf Platz Cala d’Or. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
