The garden offers the perfect space to relax in the sun or enjoy the 7x3 m chlorine swimming pool, with a depth ranging from one to two metres. Next to it, there is an outdoor shower and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. The porch is perfect for breakfast outdoors or enjoying a delicious barbecue.

The interior is warm and functional, designed to offer comfort in every room. On the ground floor, the living room open to the dining area features a Smart TV and a fireplace for the colder winter days. The gas kitchen has all the utensils needed to cook your favorite dishes. On this floor, there is also a guest toilet. The first floor houses the three bedrooms: one with a double bed and access to the balcony, and two twin rooms with two single beds each. On the same floor, there is a full bathroom with a bathtub. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair, and outside you will find the washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The property has four standing fans that can be used in any room.

This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
