An authentic Mallorcan porch with a built-in barbecue will ensure unforgettable evenings enjoying a succulent dinner together with bottle of wine, while the second porch, at the front of the house, is the perfect place to have breakfast and relax on the sofa whilst admiring the wonderful garden. It boasts all kinds of trees and plants and together with the lawn around it emanates a special charm. The chlorine pool of 9 x 4.5 metres and with a water depth from 0.8 to 1.6 metres is surrounded by 6 sun loungers where you will enjoy the warmth of the island sun. The little ones will really have fun at the playground area. The exterior shower bathroom is another comfort outside. The property is completely fenced and there are neighbours nearby, so privacy is not total.

The accommodation comprises two floors of pure delicacy and originality. An impressive hall meets you when you enter, and it leads to the living room and the kitchen. There are two comfy sofas in the living area where you can sit to watch the satellite TV channels or take a nap while cooling with the AC. The dining area is a joyful place which is equipped with a rustic table and chairs for your meals indoors. The kitchen, also with a unique style, is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and all you can need to cook your best dishes. And it also features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A bedroom with a double bed and a shower bathroom completes this floor. On the upper floor we find a second bathroom with a tub and two more bedrooms. They are air-conditioning and one has two twin beds whilst the other has a double bed. All the bedrooms present a closet and a satellite TV. A cot and a high chair are available on request.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
