Beautiful and bright villa with garden a few steps from the Tre Piscine, between Bagheria and Santa Flavia.

The villa spreads on two floors and boasts a large garden with deckchairs and armchairs but also a covered terrace overlooking the sea with a dining and a living area accessible both from the kitchen and the living room. The ground floor houses the living area: a large space with a TV, sofas, a library and a dining table, and a fully-equipped island kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker and a dining table. In addition, on the same floor, guests can find a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Some stairs lead to the upper floor that features three bedrooms with a queen-size bed. Two bathrooms with shower complete the layout.

At guests’ disposal amenities such as washing machine, iron, mosquito nets, air conditioning in the bedrooms and heating for colder days.
