There are 3 types of villas to choose from. All villas have the same interior and floor plan, you just need to choose Villa Type 1, Type 2 or Type 3! *The only difference between the houses is in the location of the pool.
The Villa can accommodate up to 8+2 guests. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms (each room) has a private bathroom). You will have a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a cozy living room. You can relax next to your private pool and lay on sun loungers. You have access to 2 terraces and a charcoal grill. The Villa is air conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 3 cars and provides everything for an enjoyable holiday.
The closest beach is only 300 meter away, and there are restaurants in walking distance.
You will pay 30% of the total price in case of cancellation after your reservation. If you do not show up, you will be charged the total amount.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen mit Hund und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt, wirklich wunderbar ist dass jedes Schlafzimmer sein eigenes Badezimmer hat und über eine Klimaanlage verfügt. Das gesamte Haus war sehr sauber. Der Pool war wunderbar und der Weg zum Meer verläuft gleich beim Nebenhaus und dauert ungefähr 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Der Strand dort ist klein aber fein und vor allem sind nur sehr wenige Leute dort. Das Meer war kristallklar und lädt zum Schnorcheln ein. Abends konnten wir am Holzkohlegriller grillen und gemütlich auf der Terasse sitzen - auf der sich auch eine kleine Outdoorküche mit Waschbecken befindet was sehr praktisch war . Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing place and location, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and run by a great host, where we felt right at home. The pool is simply amazing, especially in the night when it's illuminated from the inside, and our kids loved it. The house is a few minutes walk away from local beaches where you can enjoy the sea and various amenities (rent-a-boat, pedal boats, kids water park etc.) Nearest market and gas station are 5 min drive away from the house, while two restaurants in the vicinity can be reached by a five minute walk. We will definitely return here again!

The villa was very clean, luxury and modern. The Pool and the garden where beautiful and with a 5min walk you are immediately on a small beach with none or less strangers. There's a private parkingplace and to Pula center it takes about 10-15min by car. For the price we payed this is the best location you can choose! We had such a great stay and will defenetly come again.
