The outdoor area of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The private chlorine swimming pool measures 4mx8m and has a depth between 1m and 1.85m. Around the pool there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue area and a veranda with table and chairs where you can enjoy a delicious meal with your companions. The property is fenced and offers total privacy.

The interior of the two-storey house exudes authenticity and tradition. On the ground floor, there is a living room with fireplace and TV with satellite channels; the dining room is independent and can accommodate all the inhabitants of the house. The kitchen has a gas cooker, as well as a fireplace for colder days. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, with 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower completes this level. On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms, two with a double bed each and the last one with twin beds. There is another bathroom with shower on this floor. An outside bathroom with shower, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby complete the accommodation.

The house is located in the quiet area of Son Negre, surrounded by nature and with few neighbours. It is an ideal place for a holiday in a natural environment. The house of 200 m2 is on a plot of 14.700 m2 surrounded by the Mediterranean countryside. Nearby, there are paths for walking or cycling. The village of Felanitx is a 5 minute drive away, where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and more. The beach of Portocolom, the Natural Park of Mondragó, Es Trenc and Colònia de Sant Jordi can also be easily reached by car.
