(1) If the tenant terminates the contract before the rental period starts and doesn´t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs (excl. cleaning), as long as a further rental is not possible.

Wunderbar
Die Gastgeberin hat immer schnell und freundlich reagiert, und uns wurden sogar Details wie Grills, Paddelboote usw zur Verfügung gestellt.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
Erholung pur
Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich als Familie wünscht. Es standen sogar Boote und ein großes stand-up Paddel zur Verfügung. Überall gibt es kleine Plätzchen auf dem Areal mit Zugang zum See.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeberin. Man konnte sie jederzeit kontaktieren und immer wusste sie Tipps für Ausflüge.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Kurzurlaub mit Floss am Wendsee
Die Absprachen mit der Vermieterin liefern wirklich super, gerade die zusätzliche Möglichkeit des Bootsteges (ca. 250m Entfernung) war toll.
Der Hausmeister war auch sehr nett und total flexibel bzgl. der An- und Abreisezeiten.
Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Fahrräder, Kajaks, Tischtennis, Bälle, Schaukeln, Grill, Hängematte... nichts fehlt. Einfach toll !
