The Villa is divided over two floors and is located on a hill in the middle of the <b>vineyards </b>with <b>sea view</b>. With a short and comfortable staircase you reach the large porch and the balcony.
The first floor consists of a very bright open space living room, with <b>super-equipped kitchen</b> and sun flooded dining area, as well as two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The lower ground floor offers two other bedrooms with <b>en suite bathrooms</b> and a second living room. The entire house is equipped with <b>air conditioning</b> and heating.
