Long dining wood tables and modern seating area, with comfortable sofas with pool area views makes this area an unique freestanding terrace. Together with the barbecue area invites to unforgettable barbecue events and great dinners with friends and family. From the pool you can enjoy a view of the neighboring treetops and the silhouette of the mountains of the Tramuntana Mountains, world heritage since 2011.
A private entrance leads directly to the covered parking of the villa with the main entrance at the front of the house. Two cars can easily be parked here.
Simply beautiful, the bright and airy lounge with traditional Mallorcan beamed ceilings and inviting patio doors that overlook the covered patio and pool area. The stylish and exclusively furnished living room is an open space with dining area and has a comfortable sitting area, a flat screen TV, a charming space and a dining table. The independent, luxury stone made and modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area is spacious and offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay and culinary experiences.
The decoration of the bedrooms and the bathroom is a perfect blend of modern and Mediterranean style, with the elegance of a high quality property.
Two bedrooms with plenty of storage space and air conditioning are on the ground floor, one with double beds and a bedroom with two single beds. On the second floor there is another bedroom with double bed, bath en suite and a lovely terrace.T he first bedroom with double bed has its own en suite bathroom with a spacious modern bathtub. There is also a bathroom in the corridor of the two other bedrooms.
All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.
