Outside the house lies a wonderful sun deck with sun loungers, and 38 square meters heated swimming pool where you can enjoy the warm summer days.
The roofed terrace overlooks the pool and it has a dining table and garden furniture, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a snack.
Free private parking is provided on site, and the Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
This beautiful house is made with families in mind, it is not suitable for youth groups or partying.
Damage deposit of 500 EUR is required upon arrival, and the hosts will return it on the check out, provided that everything is in order.

This Villa is located only a short drive from Raša and Labin.
The medieval town of Labin is rich in history and cultural heritage, but also a city of galleries and artists.
During the first half of the 20th century, Labin, alongside Raša, was the center of coal mining in Istria. Just after the First World War, Istria fell under the Italian rule. The miners revolted, and in 1921, the Republic of Labin was formed, though it only lasted for 40 days before it was shut down by Italian militia. It was, however, the first ever Anti-fascist movement in the world.
Labin-The Underground City is an ongoing project of clearing the old mines and turning them into galleries and museums in honor of these events, and are definitely a must-visit if you find yourself in Labin.
Just 3 kilometers from Labin lies the beautiful Rabac, where you can visit one of the many beaches. A hiking trail connects these two cities. The entire trail runs through the forrest, alongside small stream which connects to a waterfall. If you're a fan of hiking, you'll absolutely love this trail.

Es war einfach ein Traum
Die Buchung ging reibungslos von einen auf den anderen Tag. Bei der Ankunft begrüßte uns die Vermieterin Alice schon sehr herzlich. Wir waren die 1. Gäste in dem Haus. Wir waren begeistert von der tollen Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und einfach diese tolle Umgebung. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese schöne Ferienhaus bedingslos weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Ihrem Haus. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Für uns war es eine grandiose Zeit.
