The exterior of the house features a swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful green garden with natural grass. The salt water swimming pool measures 10 metres long and 5 metres wide, with a depth of between 1.2 and 2.1 metres. The pool area has 5 sun loungers and 2 parasols, ideal for relaxing after a refreshing swim. To finish off the outdoor area, you will find a fully furnished porch where you can enjoy a good meal, prepared on the barbecue, overlooking the sea.

Entering the spacious interior of the property, distributed on a single floor, you will find the living room with A/C. It has two sofas in front of the Smart TV and two other sofas in the same room, making it ideal for relaxing with all your companions. The living room connects directly to the dining room creating a very spacious and bright space. The induction cooker is fully equipped with the necessary utensils to cook during your stay, and also has another dining area. When it comes to sleeping, there are a total of 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The next two bedrooms also have a double bed and share an en-suite bathroom with shower. As for the remaining two bedrooms, one of them has a double bed and the last one has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. All rooms have wardrobe and A/C. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, washing machine, dryer and iron are available during your stay.
