The guest can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing up to one day before begin of the rental period. If the guest withdraws from the rental contract without being prevented from doing so due to force majeure or if the guest does not transfer the remaining amount on time, the following proportionate rents are to be paid as compensation:
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: booking payment
- later than 14 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
The unavoidable, extraordinary circumstances and force majeure are:
1. State of emergency and natural disasters in the area where the rental property is located, major damage to the rental property, or other circumstances that significantly impair the security and living comfort of the rental property.
2. Ban on arrival and departure, as well as obligatory quarantine as a result of epidemics in the area where the rental property is located, as well as in the guest's residential area.

Ein unvergesslich schöner Urlaub in einem wahnsinnig tollen Haus ! !
Also wir waren bereits in etlichen Urlaubsländern, aber wenn unsere Tochter nach 14 Tagen schon weint, weil es wieder nach Hause geht, das hat schon Etwas zu sagen ! ! Das ganze Gelände komplett eingezäunt, so das unsere kleinen Hunde den ganzen Tag frei laufen konnten.

Traumhaus in Kroatien
Ein unglaublich schöner Aufenthalt!
Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus - bei Vanja - buchen, wir wurden selten so gut vorab - und auch nachher - betreut. Danke nochmal an dieser Stelle an Vanja!

Ausstattung war TOP, alles was das Herz begehrt, zudem modern und trotzdem praktisch eingerichtet. Der Garten mit Pool war genau das richtige für unsere Kinder, zudem war dieser auch sehr gepflegt.
Das Haus war ausgezeichnet gereinigt, es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
Wir wurden von Vanja mit einem Drink herzlich willkommen geheißen, er war überaus bemüht und sehr nett! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, wir würden die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
P.S. Auch die Kaution wurde umgehend zurückerstattet

Traumurlaub in hochwertiger und gepflegter Unterkunft
Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt vier Kindern. Die Villa Orchidea hat ausreichend Schlafzimmer, Bäder, eine Küche mit Essbereich, großes Wohnzimmer, Fitnessraum und einen einladenden Außenbereich mit Grill und herrlichem Salzwasser-Pool. Das Haus war sehr sauber!
Der Vermieter, Herr Juric, war bereits ab der Buchung für alle Fragen da und hat uns am Anreisetag mit einem Willkommens-Getränk herzlich empfangen und uns alles erklärt.
Vom Obergeschoss aus hat man von zwei der vier Schlafzimmer einen tollen Meerblick.
Die Stadt bzw. der Hafen von Malinska ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen 2020!

Das wunderschöne Haus hat unseren Krotien-Urlaub versüßt
Wir sind mit zwei Familien und 9 Menschen, davon 4 Kinder verreist. Das Haus haben wir als sauber und modern eingerichtet vorgefunden und empfunden. Kein Wunder, das Haus ist ganz NEU und die Einrichtung entsprechend auf dem neuesten Standard. Wir haben mit dem tollen Salzwasser-Pool ein paar schöne Tage komplett im Haus verbracht und die Privatsphäre und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Das Haus ist ruhig aber dennoch zentral gelegen. Es sind ausreichend Einkaufsgelegenheiten vorhanden. Auch sind genug Restaurants fussläufig gut erreichbar.

Wubderschönes Haus
Der Pool ist groß und bietet viel Spaß. Man kann den schönen Hafen zu Fuß erreichen und findet dort viele Restaurants, kleine Geschäfte und Eisdielen.
Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit, jederzeit per Telefon erreichbar und Wünsche werden schnell erfüllt. Das Wohl der Gäste liegt ihm sehr am Herzen.
