The design of the interior as well all the exterior is so perfect that it's breathtaking. Villa has six bedrooms, six bathrooms plus a toilet. The pretty view from the terrace and the intimacy of the property is another bonus of this place. Spend your vacation in luxury and relaxation while swimming in the pool or just lazing next to it, drinking morning coffees on Villa Roko's terrace, dining delicacies of Istrian cuisine or having your evening drinks. Istrian holiday in this vacation house will give you a magical feeling and leave you with an unforgettable memory.
Wir (10 Personen) haben in der Villa 2 wunderschöne Wochen verbracht - die Fotos lügen nicht, das Haus ist genauso toll aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Außenanlage ist in der Zwischenzeit sogar noch grüner, da die Bäume und die Hecke gewachsen sind. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und es standen Öl, Wein und Gebäck auf dem Tisch. Es ist alles sehr sauber und freundlich. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, es ist aber alles innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es war alles perfekt, bis auf ein paar wenige Kleinigkeiten wie z. B. zu wenig Gläser, zu wenig kleine Löffel- und Gäbelchen, Tischtennisplatte ohne Netz. Fliegenschutzgitter an den Fenstern wären super gewesen, denn es gab extrem viele Mücken. Aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Es war top - wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Wir waren als 15-Personen-Gruppe mit 8 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern sowie einem Hund für eine Woche in der Villa Roko. Das Haus und der Pool sind perfekt, die überdachte Terasse mit ausreichend vorhandenen Möbeln bietet wirklich Platz für alle. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche in konfortabler Größe, alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir können die Villa Roko nur weiterempfehlen!
Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Insgesamt 3 Generatione haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz für alle. Toller Pool, der alle 3-4 Tage gereinigt wurde. Sehr nette Vermieterin.
Kliztekleines Manko, die Kleiderschränke sind sehr klein. Alles andere TOP! Die Lage war für uns Perfekt. In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Fazana. Supermarkt quasi fast um die Ecke. Superschön ruhig und tolle Aussicht auf Pula und das Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft! Top modern mit hohem Qualitätsstandard. Napoleon Grill, Miele Küchengeräte, etc. Von daheim ist man nichts besseres gewohnt.
Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchenutensilien, für alles ist gesorgt. Wie im Hotel.
Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Dusche/Bad. Man kommt sich also nie ins Gehege. Wir waren mit fünf Parteien dort und das hat super geklappt. Wir hatten viele Kinder dabei, die speziell den riesigen Garten und den riesigen Pool geliebt haben. Der wurde übrigens innerhalb unsere Woche dort zwei mal professionell gereinigt wurde.
Sehr ruhig gelegen. Man hat also absolut seine Ruhe und ist trotzdem in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in Fazana am Strand. Nach Pula sind es 15 Minuten. Der Konsum ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
