Outside the house you will find the large garden surrounding the villa, the terrace and the private swimming pool. The outside area is equipped with sunbeds, a table and chairs and a BBQ to gather around a good meal with your loved ones.
The main feature of this villa is its stunning large window that leads to the living and dining room. It features a large dining table to host 12 people and a smart TV, all along with a large and comfortable sofa to relax.
The villa features 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to allow the stay of 12 guests in total comfort. It also features free WiFi.
On top of that, there are tools for the maintenance of competition bicycles. The use of these mechanical tools is available to all cyclists hosted in the villa.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane).
