The villa is located in a unique position between the Mediterranean bush, the sand dunes and the Nautical Club.
Framed by the stone facade, there is the veranda with the large windows, screened by Sardinian curtains: an exceptional location for outdoor dining in front of the large garden!
White walls, stone or ceramic finishes, furnishings in shades of gray, sand, and ranges of blue and turquoise...
The large and bright living area is furnished with a large sofa, furniture with essential lines, carefully chosen objects, shells, vases, and lamps and design decorations, which have a common thread: the colors of nature and the sea.
The three rooms, all with sea views, are cared for down to the smallest detail for maximum comfort and to make guests feel at home, in the magical setting of Chia.
The beds are double but can be divided into two singles.
The two bathrooms finished with quality materials have a special large shower.
The kitchen, furnished with furniture specially designed and made by local artisans, is a small and functional area communicating with the living room and overlooking a comfortable and airy patio where there is a practical laundry area.
The garden of the house communicates with the back patio where there is an outdoor shower.
