Op een toplocatie, hoog gelegen op het duin met een prachtig uitzicht. Uitzicht op zee, het dorp, het Engelse veld, maar ook het zicht op de buurgelegen villa’s maakt uw vakantiegevoel compleet.
Villa Zeeweg is een nieuw gebouwde woning die goed geoutilleerd is en van alle gemakken is voorzien. Er is werkelijk aan alles gedacht om uw luxe verblijf in Bergen aan Zee mogelijk te maken. De villa heeft meerdere terrassen en veel privacy.
Vanuit de Zeeweg kunt u via een buitentrap het huis bereiken, wilt u liever de woning gelijkvloers betreden dan kan dit ook. Villa Zeeweg is gelegen aan de 'Transvaal', een van de mooiste straten van Bergen aan Zee. Hier kunt u op de oprit meerdere auto’s parkeren.
De Begane Grond van de villa is voorzien van 3 ruime slaapkamers met elk een hotelkwaliteit boxspring. Hier zijn ook de badkamer en twee aparte toiletten gelegen.
De prachtige keuken met een eettafel voor 10 personen is het middelpunt van deze woning. Genoeg plaats voor uw familie en vrienden. Buiten heeft u een groot terras met eethoek en een zithoek alsook een balkon-terras.
De woonkamer – room with a view – is op de 1e verdieping gelegen. Totaal verscholen vindt u hier nog een terras met een zithoek en zicht op de overige duin-villa’s.
Zoals gezegd is dit huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Dit is Bergen aan Zee op zijn best, een fijne vakantie toegewenst !!

The cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or email). A cancellation is only valid if the tenant has received confirmation within the deadline.
The following rules apply:
3 Cancellation by Renter
3.1 A cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or email). Upon receipt of the cancellation, Villa BaZ will send a cancellation confirmation and invoice to the email address provided by the tenant.
3.2 If canceled up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date, the renter owes fifty percent (50%) of the rental amount plus booking amount
3.3 If canceled on the forty-second (42nd) day or less before the arrival date, the renter owes one hundred percent (100%) of the rental amount plus booking amount
3.4 In the event of cancellation fourteen (14) days or less before the day of arrival or if the tenant does not arrive on the day of arrival or if the tenant does not use the holiday home fully for the agreed rental period (early departure), the tenant owes the full invoice amount (100%) .
3.5 All amounts paid by the tenant will be offset against the amount owed by the cancellation, resulting in a cancellation invoice to be paid by the tenant within two (2) weeks after Villa BaZ has sent the cancellation invoice to the email address . Villa BaZ must refund credits within the same period of two (2) weeks.
3.6 Canceled reservations can be transferred to third parties in consultation with Villa BaZ.
3.7 Villa BaZ strongly recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.
4 Cancellation by Villa BaZ
4.1 In the unlikely event that the holiday home booked by the tenant is or becomes unavailable, Villa BaZ and the landlord are entitled to provide the tenant with equivalent or better alternative accommodation to be determined by Villa BaZ and the landlord. In this case, the tenant cannot sue the landlord in court.
