One-room apartment with adjacent sauna room

Size approximately 40 m², kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo pod machine, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, kitchen towels, dish soap, spices, cutlery, dishes & glasses for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dining area with 4 chairs, living area with fireplace, smart TV, table, and two club chairs. Sleeping area with bed linens, bed, 1.80 m x 2.00 m, nightstands, and lamps. Bathroom can be locked separately, with a large shower, toilet, sink, hand soap, hairdryer, stool, towels, and bath towels all included. Laundry storage in the laundry cupboard/hall and on a mobile clothes rack.

Unfortunately, a pet is NOT allowed.

Access to the accommodation is provided personally by the landlord or via a keysafe. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time. After booking and receipt of the deposit, guests can receive the access code via email.

Fireplace: Wood and fire starters are available; the first use is free.
You can purchase firewood and starters on-site.
The fireplace installation took place in October 2024 and meets the latest regulations. The stove has a power of 6.6 kW; the logs should not be longer than 20-25 cm.

For the sauna, a fee of 20 Euros is charged per day/per use (valid for up to three consecutive sauna sessions including the associated short breaks). Towels are provided for you free of charge.

For occupancy with a child, a baby travel bed with changing attachment and/or a high chair can be provided upon request.

The house with garden is located in a traffic-calmed residential area, only 500 meters from the center and approximately 2 km from the shopping center.

Your accommodation with a separate entrance is located on the ground floor of the bungalow built in 1989. You can expect a quiet and well-maintained atmosphere. You have your own terrace available in the outdoor area.
