From all areas, you have an unobstructed view of the centerpiece of the room, the panoramic fireplace. Watch the fire in the fireplace with a glass of wine or warm yourself after a day filled with experiences.

The kitchen with an island is equipped with many details. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay, including an induction cooktop, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.

In the living area, the next highlight awaits television lovers. A 75-inch smart TV ensures good entertainment even in bad weather.

Directly from the living area, you access the 20 m² winter garden for private use, where you can spend many cozy hours. Enjoy the newly designed outdoor area with seating options or use the grill for a barbecue evening. These areas are available for communal use of both apartments.

If you want to treat yourself, spend a few relaxing hours in your private wellness area. Indulge in a massage in the exclusive whirlpool. It accommodates 3-5 people to enjoy the always temperate water. If that's not hot enough for you, our luxurious sauna will really make you sweat. Entertainment is additionally provided by a TV that you can view from the whirlpool and sauna.

You can find cooling off afterward on the covered outdoor terrace, which is directly accessible from the wellness area. Here you can relax undisturbed and let your soul dangle.

When you are tired in the evening from the many experiences of the day, two bedrooms with dreamy double beds and TVs await you. Here you will certainly feel comfortable and find restful sleep. Bed linen is included in the price and will be prepared by us for you before arrival.

The apartment also offers you a modern bright bathroom with a barrier-free large shower and toilet, a guest toilet, a storage room, a spacious hallway with a closet, etc.

For car enthusiasts, we have something special as well. A spot is reserved for you in our spacious double garage with an E-wallbox, and you can park your car with peace of mind. Another parking spot is available in front of the house.

If needed, a washing machine and dryer are available upon prior request.

Prices include VAT, final cleaning, towels, sauna towels, and kitchen towels. We are happy to provide bathrobes upon request.

You will also find a basic supply of coffee, tea, spices, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

Hiking trails and mountain bike routes are right at your doorstep. Many excursion options such as lakes, castles, and leisure facilities are easily accessible from here.

You will also enjoy a lot of comfort in the 5-star rated holiday apartment. A spacious conservatory, panorama fireplace, an open kitchen with cooking island, two bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom, guest toilet, storage, and much more leave nothing to be desired.

The cozy 4-star attic apartment "Hohe Acht" offers you a generous living-dining area on 80 sqm, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. The bright rooms invite you to linger. In the outdoor area, a sitting area is available for you.

A large garden with a grill can be used communally by both living units.

Parking is available directly at the holiday home, and each apartment has a parking space in the large double garage.

An electric charging station for your electric car can be used upon request.
