Welcome to the beautiful Westerwald,

to the farm

HOF KLEEBERG!

The farm is located on the Westrandstraße, on the edge of the beautiful historic town of Hachenburg.

This small town has many sights and is within easy walking distance of the vacation apartment.

The Westerwaldsteig trail also runs alongside the farm.

The farm has many buildings on the outside, but in the inner courtyard there are wonderful old chestnut trees that make up the ambience of the farm. Simply fantastic and a place to feel at home.

The apartment is located directly in the courtyard in one of the main houses and is on the first floor.

With a size of 75 square meters you have enough space to feel comfortable and children also have enough space outside and inside for their play!

There is a parking space right next to the apartment.

The apartment is at ground level and has only 2 steps at the entrance. As there is also a mobile ramp, the apartment is also suitable for wheelchair users.

The apartment begins with a small hallway with a large cloakroom. When you enter the apartment, you will see a beautiful chic kitchen and a side by side refrigerator.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and the necessary kitchen utensils and much more.



Straight ahead is the next room, where the bathroom with shower is located.

There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom.

If you turn left in the kitchen, you enter the living and dining room area. Here there is a large table that seats at least 8 people. There is also a nice corner sofa where you can make yourself comfortable in front of the hanging TV. If there are more children, the comfortable sofa can be pulled out to make room for 2 more children.

Separated from this room, there are 2 more doors on one wall, where a children's room with 2 single large beds and a master bedroom with a double bed adjoin.

So that you don't have to take so many clothes with you, there is also a washing machine and a dryer in the house, always freely accessible. Towels and bed linen are also included in the price.

The apartment is heated by underfloor heating, which you can control yourself. (Bathroom excluded, normal radiator)
