Holiday flat "Berlin", 50 m² , has 4-metre high ceilings and is with loft character, spacious open-plan sleeping/living/dining area. The open sleeping area with two box spring beds next to each other, as well as another bunk bed with two sleeping places and a view of the evening sun can be darkened with curtains and also separated from the other beds with a screen. We can also prepare four individual box spring beds on request. This is always agreed individually. When booking 2 beds, we also remove the other beds. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), of course with the appropriate crockery for 6 people. The bathroom with washer-dryer and the storage room are separate rooms. Furthermore, there is a private terrace (we are happy to provide you with a WEBER grill for the terrace) and also garden sharing, free W-LAN and large-screen TV. The flat is heated with underfloor heating.

For all: A terrace with barbecue facilities and two parking spaces or parking space for a sprinter on your own property.

The flat is supplied with bed linen and towels.

Cleaning is usually done by us when you move out. However, it is also possible to book intermediate cleaning by you for a small surcharge, including the change of bed linen and towels.
