The apartment offers two bedrooms with lovely details (one double bed, two single beds), a cozy living room with tiled stove and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher), and a modern bathroom with shower. Free parking in front of the house, garage available on request for a fee. Bed linen, and towels included.

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL NOTES (Shabbat & Passover):

As the preservation of our apartment is very important to us, we would like to point out two technical particularities:



Electrical system: The electrical installation is not designed for Shabbat operation (continuous operation / sensors).



Kitchen: Our wooden kitchen is delicate and not suitable for the special cleaning procedures required for Passover.



To avoid damage to the building structure, such use is unfortunately not possible.

Haus Bergtreu is idyllically situated in the peaceful Niedergut area of Saas-Balen, the first village in the Saas Valley at 1,483 meters above sea level. The bus stop is located about 50 meters in front of the house, and the children's ski lift in Saas-Balen is just a few minutes' walk away. All top winter and summer attractions throughout the Saas-Valley are easily accessible. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found in the village itself and in Saas-Grund. Ideal for couples or families who want to enjoy nature, tranquility, and proximity to Saas-Fee.
