Our holiday apartment is located in Nisterau, a pretty village about 2km from the spa town of Bad Marienberg.
From the motorway exits Limburg, Montabaur and Herborn you drive 25 km - 30 km to the apartment.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-family house. The entrance is two steps away.
A beautiful terrace with seat and grill possibility invite to relax.
The quiet location on the outskirts of the village makes a pleasant and relaxing stay possible. Access routes to hiking and cycle paths
are in a few meters at the beginning of a nature reserve with a beautiful stream, basalt lake (no bathing lake) and a quarry.

Numerous other leisure activities can be found in the immediate vicinity.
Bad Marienberg offers a very beautiful wildlife park with an observation tower, a large children's playground, a well-developed climbing forest, a fitness course and good gastronomy. You can also play mini golf, walk barefoot or visit the leisure pool with sauna village.
In winter there is a ski lift and groomed cross-country trails.
Further ski lifts are about 5 km away in Kirburg and about 6 km away in Höhn.
Also golfers come at your expense, in Stahlhofen at the Wiesensee (bathing lake) approx. 11 km away a maintained 18 hole golf course invites to active relax.
The visit in a cinema and the visit of a beautiful old town with castle is possible in Hachenburg approx. 15 km away.
Not far from Hachenburg you can also visit the Marienstadt monastery with its beer garden and numerous hiking trails.

Your four-legged or feathered family members are also very welcome if they do not use the beds and upholstered furniture. We do not charge a daily rate, only a lump sum of 20 Euro for the whole stay.
