The Lungau in the course of the year experience at the Biohof Sauschneider! Our organic farm is situated in the middle of the mountains, about 1060m above sea level, yet in the valley. We cultivate our small agriculture with much joy according to the guidelines of organic farming. In the farm we concentrated on the cultivation of old grain cultivations and processing this grain into bread and whole grain noodles. We are also experimenting with the cultivation of oilseeds that can thrive on 1000m sea heights. On the farm there are black alpine pigs and of course Lausa und Jinger our cats.
Our apartments are built according to ecological criteria and are equipped with a lot of wood.
