We are centrally located between the two largest hiking and skiing areas: Hochzillertal and the Zillertal Arena are only 5 minutes away by car. Additionally in summer: bathing pond in the village, 18-hole championship course with par 71 in 8 km. in winter: ski bus stop in the immediate vicinity (50m), indoor pool, saunas, cross-country ski trails in the village, Hochzillertal ski route to the village. We love cosmopolitanism & tradition, alpine-urban lifestyle, yoga, biking, nature, mountains, painting, art, crafts, authenticity... and being hosts.
