Between the magnificent, sloping hills of northern Tiberdal you will find Podere de Montone. In and around the rural farm apartments and a detached cottage have been realized. Podere de Montone - Gaspara is a beautiful ground floor apartment. You have access to a spacious garden with pool and playground. The farmer lives in the house adjacent to the main building. He still provides regional produce such as fruit, vegetables and home-made jam. Groceries, post office, bank and restaurants can be found in Montone.
The small road past the 'azienda' takes you to medieval Montone (1,5 km) with its beautiful Roman/Byzantine church from the year 1000. Umbertide (9 km) is named after one of the sons of Umberto, who helped rebuild the city after barbaric destruction.
Fancy a day at the beach? You are only 30 km away from Lake Trasimeno. Gubbio and Perugia are at about 40 km. With its numerous 'palazzi', including the Palazzo dei Consoli, Gubbio is one of the best kept medieval Italian towns. This palace is situated at the remarkable Piazza Signoria and offers formidable views of its surroundings. Perugia, the capital of Umbria, is famous for its art among other things.

Klein und bescheiden eingerichtetes Haus, geeignet für zwei Personen. Kein Luxus, gibt es z. B. kein Platz im Haus. Außerhalb Platz genug, Gartensitzplatz zur Verfügung. Wir waren nur keine Gäste in der Wohnung, so dass es sehr ruhig war. Leider war der Pool wegen einem Defekt der Drainage nicht verfügbar ist, aber die Gastgeberin war um diese sehr langweilig und hat uns ip keine Kosten berechnet ....

Il Fienile ist ein einfach eingerichtet, aber schmuckes Häuschen mit viel Privatsphäre. Es ist von einem großen Garten mit Pool und einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Landschaft Umbriens umgeben. Etwas für die Ruhe der Natur und houden.Op 25 min wandern. Zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich das entzückende Dorf Montone mit einem Platz mit 2 Terrassen und ein paar nette Restaurants und ein Supermarkt. Städte wie Perugia, Gubbio, Arezzo, Assisi sind 45 min. Entfernt. Ein Auto erforderlich.
Das Haus ist sehr schön und bietet viel Privatsphäre, hat einen schönen Pool mit herrlichem Blick auf die wunderschöne Hügellandschaft. Montone gibt es einige gute Restaurants, wo man lecker essen kann und Montone hübsch ist zentral gelegen für Ausflüge, wie der Lago Trasimeno, Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, Todi und Cortona.Een Interesse Fattoria la Vialla in Castiglione FibocchiGrote Supermärkte befinden sich in Umbertide 15 min. mit dem Auto.
