Located on the first floor of a quiet complex, this 3-bedroom home offers breathtaking views, a cozy living space with a flat-screen TV (international channels), and a south-facing balcony perfect for morning coffee or sunset unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen features a Nespresso machine, toaster, oven, and fridge with freezer—ideal for enjoying lazy breakfasts or prepping a beach picnic. With a double bed, single bed, and bunk bed, there’s space for the whole family.
Just a short walk away, the golden sands of Zoutelande beach beckon—you can even hear the sea from your apartment! Soak in the most sunshine in the Netherlands as you relax or stroll along the coastline. The charming town center is only minutes away on foot and offers a variety of restaurants, cozy terraces, boutique shops, bakeries, and bike rentals. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und hatte eine warme Atmosphäre, Ich habe besonders die ruhige Nachbarschaft und den Klang der Wellen in der Nähe genossen, Es war etwas weiter von einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt als erwartet, aber wir hatten ein Auto, also war es machbar
Geräumige Wohnung mit einem schönen Blick auf die Dünen, Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand
Baustelle auf der Straße vor dem Haus, lautstarke Arbeit dort begann vor 7 Uhr. Man konnte teilweise nicht rausfahren, saß in der Falle. Dies alles zu einem extrem hohen Preis der Ferienwohnung, aber keinerlei Nachlass dafür. Außerdem wurden zunächst mehr als 100 Euro zu viel an Belvilla bezahlt, für die es keine Erstattung gab.
Zur Ferienwohnung selbst: an sich (ohne die Baustelle) ganz nett, wohnlich. Achtung: keine Kleiderschränke! Und - im Jahr 2023(!) - kein Geschirrspüler (dafür aber groteskerweise im Starter-Paket zwei Spüler-Tabs). Dinge wie 'Nespresso' werden als Besonderheit angepriesen, ebenso, allen Ernstes und noch kurioser: die Existenz von Waschbecken und Bad. Warum dann nicht auch Esstisch, Matratzen und Sofa? Dass kein Schrank da ist, was man für selbstverständlich halten würde, steht wiederum nirgendwo.
Zu Belvilla: kaum direkt zu erreichen (persönliche Erfahrung aus den vergangenen Jahren), keine E-Mail, die ankommt, keine Telefonnummer, nur ein sehr anonymer 'Live-Chat', mit dem man immerhin, wenn auch mühsam, weiterkam.
Fazit: nie wieder.

Geräumige und komfortable Wohnung in wunderschöner Lage in der Nähe der Dünen und des Strandes und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Zoutelande entfernt. Minuspunkte waren der fehlende Wasserdruck in der eher dunklen Küche und manchmal oben beim Duschen und das Fehlen einer Toilette oben. Der nach Südwesten ausgerichtete Balkon war wunderbar.
Schöne attraktive Wohnung, die Lage ist perfekt! Sie können das Meer hören! Wirklich toll!
Dieser Ort ist ein verstecktes Juwel! Die Einrichtung war charmant, und die Wohnung war unglaublich geräumig für unsere Gruppe von fünf, Wir schätzten die zwei Badezimmer, die die Morgen viel einfacher machten, Außerdem war die Nähe zum Groot Valkenisse Strand ein großer Vorteil!
