An original, pleasant 3-bedroom apartment located in the middle of Sulzau near Neukirchen am Grossvenediger, with a typical Austrian decor and a rustic appearance. From the spacious terrace, you can enjoy the splendour of the Hohe Tauern Alps.
In the summer, you can discover the various cycling, mountain biking and hiking routes direct from your front door. There is a public swimming pool 3 km away. During the winter, the region is known for its well-groomed ski slopes at the Wildkogel Ski Circus at 2.8 km. You can get on the ski bus 100 m from the home. Après ski, snow-shoeing or relaxing in the surrounding spas: there's something for everyone here.

Wir haben unsere geräumige Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand und gepflegt. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Bewertung unseres Aufenthalts in Sulzau
Wir haben mit drei Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern (3 und 5 Jahre alt) in diesem Ferienhaus übernachtet und insgesamt eine fantastische Erfahrung gemacht.
Positive Punkte:
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, was für unsere Gruppe ideal war.
Getrennte Wohn- und Essbereiche sorgten für zusätzlichen Komfort.
Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber ihren Charme und war makellos sauber.
Zwei Badezimmer waren ein großes Plus.
Die ruhige Umgebung war perfekt für unsere kleinen Kinder.
Eine schöne, sonnige Terrasse mit herrlichem Bergblick.
Ein praktischer Brötchenservice vom örtlichen Bäcker kann über Pinzgau Brot organisiert werden.
Der Skilift in Neukirchen ist weniger als 5 Autominuten entfernt.
Verbesserungswürdige Punkte:
Etwas mehr stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung im Wohn- und Essbereich wäre wünschenswert.
Die Küche könnte eine zusätzliche Bratpfanne und ein Schneidebrett vertragen.
Es gibt keinen eigenen Skiraum, daher haben wir unsere Skier einfach im Flur abgestellt.

Alles in allem ist dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlenswert! Sollten wir jemals wieder nach Neukirchen kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Für eine Mahlzeit empfiehlt sich der Gasthof Siggen (15 Gehminuten). In Mittersill gibt es ein schönes Freibad und das Kristallbad, weniger als 10 Autominuten entfernt, ist ein wunderschönes Hallenbad. Das gemütliche Zentrum von Neukirchen erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten. Man kann dort auch mit der Seilbahn hochfahren, sehr schön!

Das gemütliche Zentrum von Neukirchen ist 5 Autominuten entfernt. Dort kann man auch mit der Seilbahn hochfahren, sehr schön!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage und dennoch zentral gelegen zum Einkaufen, Skifahren, Langlauf, Essen gehen. Uns zwei Familien mit KIndern von 4-11 Jahren hat es hier wirklich super gefallen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Nähe vom Skigebiet Wildkogel-Arena Neukirchen (3 km) mit meiner Familie (2 Kinder, Eltern, meine Frau und meine Freundin. Empfehlen. Nur könnte es etwas größer Bett in der dritten (ein Bett) Zimmer sein.
