The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed by a staircase at the back of the building which leads to the living room of the apartment which is furnished with great taste.

The city of <b>Marina di Grosseto</b> is a renowned tourist resort at just 12 km from Grosseto in <b>Tuscany</b>.

This important seaside resort in the <b>Maremma</b>, it is known for its wide <b>sandy beaches</b> overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a vast <b>pine forest</b> in its back, known as ‘Pineta del Tombolo’, which extends from <b>Punta Ala</b> to the hills of the ‘Uccellina’.
