In the basement you can enjoy the cozy atmosphere in an XL party room with bar, CD player and integrated kitchen, fully equipped (ceramic hob, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, refrigerator).With us you enjoy the sun on 2 large terraces, one of them covered and a small terrace, about 900 m² garden area loaded in the summer to play, barbecue and relax.

The view of Grimming, Kammspitz and Stoder inspire and motivate the hiker to a hearty mountain tour. In the summer you find with our place location already number of leisure possibilities. Numerous hiking trails in all degrees of difficulty can be tackled by our house Pölzl. Naturally, cyclists with countless kilometers of cycling and mountainbiking trails will also get their money's worth. With the Zipline, the longest rope-gliding system of the Alps and the adventure park Gröbming, both within a few minutes, the holiday in Schladming-Dachstein becomes a perfect experience.

In winter, all ski resorts are within easy reach of our holiday region. In less than half an hour you reach the family ski areas Planneralm, Riesneralm, Galsterbergalm and Stoderzinken as well as the world-famous 4-mountain ski area, which guarantees almost unlimited skiing fun on perfectly groomed slopes. With the numerous winter hiking trails, cross-country ski runs and ski tours, which our region also offer hat, no wish is left open.
