A completely renovated and furnished apartment with a balcony and garden awaits you. In the 90m2 house, there is space for up to 5 people. The detached house features an open living and dining area with access to the kitchen. In the living room, you'll find a large sofa bed, a 65-inch flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The absolute highlight: our wood-burning stove!!! The dining area accommodates the entire family. The kitchen is generously equipped, whether for an extensive cooking night with friends or to bake a cake together with family. The balcony is furnished with seating and a charcoal grill. Here, you can enjoy the panoramic view and sunset while sipping a glass of wine and having a good meal. This is pure relaxation. The bathroom is an absolute oasis of well-being, and the very good water quality is like a treatment for the skin and soul. You can expect a spacious ground-level shower, a large sink with a lit mirror, a hairdryer, and towels. A guest toilet is also available in the hallway area. There are a total of three bedrooms. In the first bedroom, which is also a permanent part of the apartment, there is a double bed (1.80x2.00), a very spacious wardrobe, nightstands with drawers, and bedside lamps directly at the bed. The room, like all other rooms, features electric shutters. The other two bedrooms have large beds (1.60x2.00), each with a wardrobe, a nightstand, and bedside lamps. A high chair and a crib are available. For children, we also provide various games/toys, as well as a separate children's table with little chairs. No matter which side you look out from the window, you always see greenery. Right in front of the apartment, you can park your car.
