Our 94 m² non-smoking holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor. It is easily accessible via 8 steps and offers space for up to 4 people. It features 2 bedrooms with box spring beds (Bedroom 1: 160 cm, Bedroom 2: 2 x 90 cm). The two single beds can also be easily pushed together by folding down the nightstand. The apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen with plenty of counter space. With a bit of luck, you may observe deer in the garden of the neighboring property while preparing your breakfast in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer combination. You will find everything necessary for a pleasant stay here. A kettle, Senseo coffee machine, and toaster are, of course, included. If you plan a longer stay with us, a washing machine and dryer are also available. Characteristic of our holiday apartment is the large living and dining area, which becomes something special due to a very large window area. In the evening, relax on the sofa overlooking the "Kirner Dolomites" or enjoy your coffee in the morning at the dining table while watching nature awaken. In the bathroom with shower (75 x 120 cm), you will find 2 bath towels or shower towels per person included, as well as a hairdryer. Our holiday apartment is furnished in a Scandinavian style and aims to give you, dear guests, time to relax and unwind. End the evening peacefully on the spacious balcony or the sitting area under our large sequoia tree and near the small artificial stream. The small fitness room, located directly at the entrance to your apartment, can be used at any time for endurance sports or yoga exercises.

Our apartment is located in the small, quaint town of Kirn, characterized by beer, stones, and leather. Situated on the outskirts, it offers the opportunity to unwind in the evening sun on the balcony or terrace, especially in summer. In our town, you will find everything that makes a vacation special: a swimming pool with fun factors and opportunities for swimmers to do laps in the large pool, a multi-award-winning ice cream parlor in the marketplace, the landmark of the town of Kirn with its Kyrburg, and the possibility to dine in upscale cuisine or participate in a whisky tasting. Shopping options can be found about 1 km away. The apartment is not far from a forest and invites you to take walks or use it as a starting point for hikes. Cyclists will also find good opportunities to plan tours and explore the surroundings.

There is parking available at the house, a secure bicycle storage room, and the possibility to charge bicycle batteries, as well as an electric charging station for electric cars (usage for a fee).
