Seperartes toilet, (a Wi-Fi access is available on request), very bright south-facing balcony (10m ²) with a fantastic panorama. Modern and fully equipped kitchen with a sitting-dining area, satellite TV, microwave, radio, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and safe.

Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided.

Our modern apartment (appropriate for allergic) is situated in the picturesque village of Kampl, district of Neustift, in a delightfully quiet and central location. The free ski bus that takes you to the Schlick 2000 hiking centre and to the Stubai Glacier skiing paradise stops only 3 minutes away from our Schlenz guesthouse. The supermarket and a bakery are just a 3 minute away on foot and the centre of Neustift, with its numerous restaurants, shops and cafes, is only 3 km away. You can also walk to Kampl Lake that offers a great playground, table tennis, slides and swings within less than 5 minutes. A beautifully groomed cross-country skiing trail leads right past our Schlenz guesthouse.

At the Schlenz guesthouse you are accommodated in a comfortable and modern apartment which offers lots of room for 2-5 people across 70 m2. The large apartment features a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, a modern and fully-equipped kitchen with a cosy sitting area, a comfortable bathroom with tub, large shower, 2 washbasins and a separate toilet. From your large balcony you can enjoy panoramic views of the Stubai Mountains and the beautiful Stubaital.

On request we provide a high chair, cot and toys for your children. Skiing equipment can safely be stored in our dry ski room. Your car can be securely parked free of charge outside the Schlenz guesthouse.

In summer, the Stubai Super Card is even included in the price, offering numerous benefits such as free use of the cable cars and public transport throughout the Stubaital and to Innsbruck, our picturesque state capital.

The summer in the Stubaital offers a wide range of activities for the entire family - whether fast-paced mountain bike rides, an active hike in the Schlick 2000 resort or relaxing at the refreshing landscaped Kampl Lake.

In winter, the family-friendly Elferlifte skiing resort in Neustift and the Serlesbahnen in Mieders are less than 10 minutes away, either with your own car or taking the free ski bus. Off the slopes the Stubaital offers winter fun for the whole family with fast-paced sled rides or on occasion of a romantic winter walk through the snowy scenery. In Neustift and Fulpmes you can even find an ice skating rink. Another highlight with us in the Stubaital is offered by the FC Genova football team who prefer to hold training camps here with us in Kampl.
