In the quiet ground-floor holiday apartment "Swallow's Nest" in Büchenbeuren, we warmly welcome you.

A bedroom with a double bed and an open foot end (1.80 m) as well as
an additional bedroom for up to three persons is available for your stay. This bedroom features a single bed (1.00 m) as well as another double bed (1.40 m).

All windows in the rooms are equipped with window shutters.

A spacious bathroom with a toilet, shower, and a bathtub has been newly renovated, and even a washing machine for your personal use is available there. A hairdryer is provided for your stay in the bathroom.

A fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances and a dining area invites you to cook and eat together in a cozy atmosphere.
The kitchen appliances include an oven, a stove with a range hood, a coffee machine, a refrigerator (if desired, a freezer compartment in the hosts' freezer can be used by prior arrangement), a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher complete the picture.

In the separate living room, you can either enjoy the beautiful fire in the wood stove from the cozy large couch or look out of the large living room window and enjoy the silence and tranquility.
Of course, you can also watch satellite television on the flat-screen TV, and WIFI is available for use.

The apartment features cork flooring, and the bathroom is tiled.

If you arrive by car, you can park for free in the parking lot opposite the house.

The beautiful holiday apartment "Schwalbennest" (awarded by NABU as a swallow-friendly house!) is located in the local municipality of Büchenbeuren in the Hunsrück region. The holiday apartment, which is situated on the ground floor of the hosts' house, offers plenty of space to feel comfortable with its 90 m² of living space.

Your dog is also very welcome and will surely be happy to be on vacation with you.

In your vacation destination Büchenbeuren, there are various shopping options for everyday needs, and many excursions and hikes are available nearby for leisure activities.
The central location is wonderful for day trips to many different sights, and Germany's most beautiful hiking trails (Traumschleifen) start practically at your doorstep.

The stunning region along the rivers Rhine, Moselle, and Nahe offers a variety of leisure activities, making it definitely worth a detour to visit.
