Our holiday apartment is an ideal starting point for unforgettable leisure experiences in the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region, both in summer and winter. In winter, our apartment scores particularly with its direct location on the ski path to Hauser Kaibling.

Our holiday apartment offers space for 1 to 4 people and is located on the first floor of the house "Am Skiweg". The apartment Raffalt features a cozy bedroom with 2 beds, a living-sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a pull-out double sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The absolute highlight is the covered balconies, from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountain world of the Schladminger Tauern and the Dachstein. Balcony furniture for cozy hours is available.

A holiday in the apartment Raffalt also means vacation for your car, especially in winter. You can park your car in front of the house upon arrival - parking space available. From the first minute of your vacation, the ski path to the Hauser Kaibling cable car is at your disposal if there is sufficient snow. You can ski back to the house, store your skis in the ski cellar, and take the lift conveniently to your holiday apartment. If the snow is not cooperating, the Schladminger Tauern cable car is just a 2-minute walk from our house. Shopping opportunities, restaurants, and cafes are also only a 2-minute walk from our holiday apartment.

For your varied summer holiday, our apartment Raffalt is the perfect starting point. Whether you want to take leisurely walks, challenging mountain hikes, or extensive mountain biking tours, there is something for every guest in the surrounding mountains of the Schladminger Tauern and the Dachstein massif. You are welcome to use our cable cars, which will take you to the most beautiful hiking destinations comfortably even in summer. For families, the recreational offers range from outdoor swimming pools and lakes to pony riding and carriage rides, as well as archery and adventure parks. For the golfers among our guests, we would like to mention that the Leading Golf Course Dachstein-Tauern is only a 3-minute drive from our holiday apartment.

As already mentioned several times, the apartment Raffalt is located in the heart of the top ski area Hauser Kaibling, the eastern access point to the Schladming 4-Mountain Ski Carousel. As an alternative to winter sports, we recommend exploring the winter hiking trails or enjoying a cozy horse-drawn sleigh ride. Cross-country skiers have the Nordic Center Ramsau am Dachstein, which is only a 15-minute drive from our holiday apartment, at their disposal.
