Welcome to our cozy holiday apartment in a quiet district of Wittlich! The accommodation in the basement offers a private entrance, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, an open living and kitchen concept, a spacious bathroom, and a storage room.

The apartment is located in a quiet, small district of Wittlich. Daily necessities can be quickly reached by car, and the nearby motorway allows for numerous excursions in the region. Nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts can explore the Hunsrück and the surroundings of Trier. The Moselle River is reachable in just about 10 minutes and offers attractive opportunities for cyclists. Hikes in the Hunsrück, bike tours along the Moselle, or along the Mosel-Maare bike path make your stay varied and relaxing.

The Village Pearl is ideal for couples or workation guests and remains pleasantly cool in summer thanks to its location. Quietly situated, it invites you to relax. A parking space is available for guests in the courtyard of the single-family house, and bicycles can be securely stored.





Description of the Holiday Apartment
The accommodation in the basement has a separate entrance that can be reached via a staircase, providing a lot of privacy. Right at the entrance, there is also a small seating area, perfect for a relaxed start to the day or a quiet evening. Smoking is allowed here.

It features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a tasteful mix of modern ambiance and an old cupboard, which gives the room a special charm.



The hallway is spacious and includes a desk. From here, the next excursions can be planned, or emails for work can be processed. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available and is ideal for workation.

The bathroom is adequately sized, tastefully furnished, and includes a shower. Towels are, of course, included.



The living room and kitchen form an open, very bright living area, charmingly complemented by another old cupboard. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the entire area is cozily furnished, making you feel at home right away. An additional storage room offers practical space for your suitcases. A vacuum cleaner, broom, and other utensils are well stored here, helping to keep everything tidy.



Thanks to its location in the basement, the apartment remains pleasantly cool, especially in summer, offering a relaxing retreat even on hot days.
