Our two cozy bedrooms accommodate two people each. One room is equipped with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Our high-quality mattresses, protected by mattress protectors, ensure a restful night's sleep.

In addition to a bathroom, our apartment features a living and dining room with a beautiful kitchen. It is fully equipped so that you can start every morning with a cozy breakfast.

The small balcony accessible from the living room invites you to enjoy a coffee with a view of the greenery.

Welcome to our accommodation “Zum See 1” in Losheim am See!

Only a short walk of about 500m separates our holiday apartment from the reservoir, where concerts by well-known artists often take place. On the way, you will pass an ice cream parlor before reaching the brewery by the lake. You can also enjoy a lovely round by walking around the reservoir – a beautiful path whether as a couple, with children, or pets. Along the way, you can stop at the lakeside bistro.

Alternatively, in our modern, newly built apartment, you can cook wonderfully in the fully equipped kitchen. Our tip: Take advantage of the proximity to France for excursions and shopping for the best ingredients like fresh fish and good wine.

Afterward, the balcony invites you to spend long evenings with a beautiful view of the greenery of Losheim, before you get cozy in one of the two double rooms. One room is furnished with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. Upon request, the single beds can be pushed together. The beds are equipped with new, high-quality mattresses. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The apartment also features a small but fine bathroom with a large shower and window.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible only via stairs.

Dogs are allowed upon consultation. Please also consider the metal grated stairs.
