For your perfect holiday, this apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining and living area, a flat-screen TV, and a large terrace. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed, flat-screen TVs, and en-suite bathrooms with showers, toilets, and sinks. A third bedroom features a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and separate toilet. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building.

Located in the midst of the popular vacation regions of Saalbach Hinterglemm, Zell am See-Kaprun, and Saalfelden-Leogang, our house will convince you with the coziness of every apartment :)

In summer, over 400 km of hiking trails are waiting to be explored. When cycling, you have a choice: Ride along the Glemmtaler bike path towards Zell am See, where you will find countless cozy spots, or treat yourself to a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters of Lake Zell. For mountain bikers, it's a steep ascent towards Saalbach/Hinterglemm. You can expect a vast network of trails totaling 400 km of various difficulty levels as well as 70 km of lines and trails.
With the Viehhofen Summer Card, you enjoy many benefits, such as free mountain and boat rides, free admission to swimming areas, and much more (valid from mid-May to the end of October).
NEW from May 1, 2025, is the Guest Mobility Ticket - allowing you to use all public transport throughout the state of Salzburg free of charge.

In winter, you have the opportunity to explore the Zell am See ski area with the zellamseeXpress gondola (only 200 m away from us), or the free ski bus (only 30 m away) will take you to the ski circus of Saalbach/Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn in just five minutes. With the ALPIN CARD, you have access to 408 kilometers of slopes and 121 lifts! In good snow conditions, you can ski from Saalbach down run number 168 directly to our doorstep.

In close proximity, you will find a small supermarket, restaurants, a bank, ski rental, and ski school.

Accessible for all guests, the house features a ski room with boot dryer and a bike cellar.
