Our sunny, quiet holiday apartment (66 m²) accommodates 1-5 people and features a fully equipped kitchen-living area (fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, egg cooker), 2 separate bedrooms (1 double room with shower, 1 double room with seating area and satellite TV), a bathroom with bathtub, and a balcony with a magnificent view of Neustift and the Stubai mountain world. Wi-Fi, parking, drying room, storage for sports equipment, garden with barbecue facilities, bread roll service, weekly cleaning, and linen change are included.

At the heart of the Stubaital, in a quiet and sunny location, you will find the cosy apartment of our Danler Gerlinde guesthouse with plenty of space for 1-5 people. Centrally located in the hamlet of Kampl the Danler Gerlinde guesthouse is an ideal starting point for sports activities of any kind.

The supermarket, a bakery, as well as the stop of the ski bus that takes you to the Stubai Glacier or to the family-friendly Schlick 2000 resort are all just 2 minutes away, while access to the valley trail is available after 3 minutes only. The centre of Neustift in the Stubaital, with its numerous restaurants, cafes and the leisure centre can be reached within 4 minutes by car or by bus. In summer your children will surely have fun at the landscaped Kampl Lake with its large playground, beach volleyball and football pitch. The beautiful city of Innsbruck is only 20 minutes away from our apartment by car.

At the Danler Gerlinde guesthouse you are accommodated in a cosy and spacious apartment across 66 m2 that is divided into 2 double rooms with shower, living area, satellite TV and comes with a bathroom with tub as well as a fully equipped kitchen with sitting area. Here you will find plenty of space to relax together with family and friends. From the balcony you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun with stunning views over Neustift and the beautiful Stubai Mountains.
 
In summer you can end an eventful day in the mountains with a barbecue in our garden while your children unwind on the lawn or have fun on the swing.
In our ski room you will find enough space to store your sports equipment. Parking in front of our Danler Gerlinde guesthouse and the Wi-Fi access in your apartment are, of course, available for free. On request, we are pleased to offer a delivery service.

The Stubai Glacier resort with its many kilometres of slopes makes every skier's heart beat faster. The Schlick 2000 family skiing area also offers varied slopes, quaint mountain huts and an idyllic cross-country skiing trail. Even sledding is guaranteed fun on the numerous runs in the Stubaital.
 
Numerous hiking and mountain bike trails offer sportive and laid-back activity options for the whole family.

Take the cable car to the Elferlift on 1800m above sea level from where you can explore several hiking trails to the beautiful Pinnistal or demanding via ferrata trails to various Stubai summits. Fun for the whole family is also on offer on a fast ride at the summer toboggan run in Mieders.
